Refund Policy for Print Work

Our Commitment
At Print Work, we are committed to providing high-quality digital art and ensuring our clients are satisfied with their creative projects. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair. Please note that our policy differs for our instant-download Digital Products and our bespoke Design Services.
1. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
This section applies to all pre-made digital assets purchased from our website, such as clipart, patterns, social media templates, and other downloadable graphics.

General Policy: Due to the immediate, irreversible, and digital nature of these products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Digital Product purchases. Once a file has been purchased and the download link has been provided, the sale is considered final.

We will, however, make exceptions in the following cases:

Technical Issues: If a digital file is corrupt or there is a verified technical problem with the product that prevents you from using it, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will work with you to fix the issue or provide you with a new, functioning file.

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the exact same product more than once, please contact us with both order numbers, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.

Please be sure to read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure they are compatible with your software and meet your needs.
2. Design Services (Custom Commissions)
This section applies to all custom-commissioned work, including logo design, custom illustrations, and brand identity packages.

Deposits: All custom design projects require a non-refundable deposit before work begins. This deposit secures your spot in our schedule and covers the initial time spent on discovery, research, and concept development, which cannot be recovered.

Project Cancellation:

By the Client: If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun, the initial deposit will not be refunded. You will not be billed for any remaining balance.

By Print Work: We reserve the right to cancel a project if a client is unresponsive or uncooperative. In such rare cases, the deposit will not be refunded.

Final Payment: We do not offer refunds on the final payment once the final artwork has been approved by you and delivered. Our process includes several rounds of revisions to ensure you are completely happy with the outcome before we finalize the project. Our goal is your satisfaction, and we will make every reasonable effort to create a design you love within the scope of our project agreement.
